Acrylic Piano Hinge A continuous hinge that is 1-3/4" wide x 12" long.

Water clear (unlike metal and polypropylene) and may extend the entire length of joint, thus preventing warpage. Time Saving Replaces metal and polypropylene hinges which require drilling, tapping or riveting. Easy to Apply Align hinge properly and apply solvent along outer edge. Tensile Strength Molded of special high strength acrylic which is much stronger than ordinary acrylic. Adds Extra Strength Outer cementing surface is wide for added bonding strength. Ordinary solvent cement and standard cementing techniques work fine for bonding to acrylic sheet. A patented recessed channel on the cementing surface controls the flow of solvent, thus helping to eliminate air bubbles and other imperfections.

Locking Feature of Pin Pin locks into barrel of hasp once fully inserted. Note: Predetermine assembly for corner or flat mounting first before inserting pin completely!
