NOTES: 1. Operation: 195º turn of driver or key causes cam to rotation then pull up on 0.2. 2. Cam, nuts and lockwasher shipped unassembled in bag with latch assembly 3. Installation: a. Insert latch into the hole of the door in the unlatched position. Check for proper orientation and operation of pawl. b. Install lockwasher and mounting unit (27 mm across flats) Max tightening torque 30 N/m c. Install jaw nut, and jaw nut on shaft, adjust jaw nuts to position pawl at tighten jaw nuts at correct grip (with latched closed) Tighten jaw nut (20 Nm max. torque) using two 17 mm wrenches. d. Caution: Adjust cam so that no more than 7.9 Nm torque on key is required to close latch
