The patented Quickedge ® segmented metal core provides the strongest and most resilient gripping power. Quickedge ® Trims are available in decorative engineered designs to enhance your product with a variety of plastic, chrome and coloured trims. Hundreds of consumer and industrial product applications. Quickedge ® Trims are available in both aluminum and steel core.

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Vinyl (PVC) embossed extrusion with segmented metal core .018" thick cold rolled steel, no. 2 temper. All parts are 65 durometer except Standard Double Lip Trims which are 80 durometer hardness (Shore A 15 second delay.) Tensile strength: 2200 P.S.I./min. Elongation: 300%/min. Cold Impact: Will withstand 1-1/2 foot-pound impact at - 29 ° C . Heat resistance: 66 ° C max. for continuous use. Flammability: Self extinguishing, passes Federal Spec. FSS-302. STANDARD DOUBLE LIP TRIM for 1/32" to 1/8" Edges. Grips Edges from .032" to .125" Thick. .390" Spaenaur is an Authorized Distributor of QUICKEDGE ® Trim.
